Figures for unit counts, square footage, project cost, and incentive amounts are approximate and are stated as of the time of publication. They are drawn from our records and are believed accurate, but they are summaries rather than audited figures.

Intellectual property
The content of this site, including its text, photography, renderings, graphics, and design, is owned by Catalyst Community Development or used with permission, and is protected by copyright and other laws. The Catalyst name and logo are our marks.
You may view the site and print or download individual pages for your own reference. You may not republish, redistribute, sell, or use our content commercially, or use it to train an automated system, without our written permission. Third party marks appearing on the site, including the marks of our partners, belong to their respective owners.
Acceptable use
